Internships:
Internships provide a valuable opportunity to gain insight into suitable job cultures. At Sapient, we also offer internships in collaboration with various companies such as R-Tech International-Dubai, Kidvento, Ulipsu, Rare Surface LLP, Manipal Hospital-Mysore, Mind and Matter- NGO, Kalisu Foundation-NGO, Inside Out, Infosys Springboard and so on

Placements:

Placements provide a widespread opportunity for students to kickstart their career as earning individuals as they showcase their skill set and talent. Our placement partners are HDFC, ICICI Prudential, HGS, Infopine, IPOPI, JK Tyres, Thought Focus, Kidvento, Mind and Matter, Ulipsu, Apollo Hospital, Big Bazaar, Rare Surface LLP, Kaig Group, Kriya Nextwealth Pvt. Ltd., Sagility Health Care and so on.

  • The students were introduced to the rich culture and tradition of Siberia.
  • A trek to Kunti Betta was organized for the PUC students.
  • A trip to Dandeli and Gokarna was organized by the club.
Established as a trust in July 2020, Mind and Matter has been collaborating with the Child Protection Units in Kodagu District and Mysuru District Child Protection Unit and homes that come under it since December 2020 and July 2022, respectively. Our goal is to empower children with knowledge across various fields including humanities, history, creativity, and people skills. Currently, our organization has 30 trained volunteers in the Mentorship program and over 100 resource persons who have conducted sessions for the children in the homes over the past 3 years, alongside Mentors who have received training from NIMHANS. Volunteers who wish to work with Mind and Matter will be assisting the child protection units in Mysore District. The children in these homes are at risk and come from vulnerable backgrounds, including cases of sexual abuse, single parenting, neglect, toxic family environments, parental addiction, unexpected pregnancies, and orphans. Before getting involved, volunteers will attend a two-day workshop conducted by Mind and Matter in affiliation with NIMHANS, Bangalore. Students who volunteer with Mind and Matter will receive a completion certificate after a year of service.
Our students have represented, participated, and achieved victory at various levels including University, Chamundi Zone, MCICT Tournaments, Mysore University Men’s Zonal Games, Mysore University Women’s Zonal Games, and various inter-collegiate sports events, bringing great honor and glory to our institution.
